Mega Truss System

Mega Truss System is designed in accordance with relevant international building codes and British Standards. To assure on the quality and sound engineering practice adopted in design, the whole process of Mega Truss System is certified by an independent reowned local Consulting Engineers firm and further verified by a unit of Full Scale Load test carried out by a local university testing unit which shows the truss system perform satisfactory.

Fabrication

The installation and erection of the Mega Truss System is specially tailored made to ease the client workload where in-house accredited installer would be trained encompassing theories and hands-on fabrication/erection and general Do's and Don'ts with the objective the truss system is constructed with good industry practice and in compliance with the contract specification.

On top of the accredited program carried out by us, a time-to-time supervision and inspection by Mega Truss personnel would be assigned to site during the project duration to ensure best quality of workmanship and a complete checklist would be carried out by an QA/QC personnel to ensure all works are in order.

Warranty

All material used in the Mega Truss System fulfills the international standards in terms of material specification and engineering design.

A comprehensively designed QA/QC plan for Mega Truss System is in place within our organization to ensure highest quality of workmanship. A performance warranty of the truss system will be issued upon client satisfaction and in compliance with the QA/QC plan.
